These watermarked luminaria, inspired by the Southwestern version made from brown paper bags, are approximately 5” x 5” x 5”.  Over the years, I’ve perfected the wooden base and packaging to make a safe, elegant, easy-to-ship handmade product. I’ve had the pleasure of creating custom designs for a variety of organizations, including Elliott & Elliott Architecture, Hand Papermaking Magazine, and Friends of Trees. In 2008, I produced the Lantern of Hope in order to raise funds for the Obama campaign, which were illuminated across the country on election night. I would be happy to quote you a price for a custom luminaria for a business or a fundraising tool. And this year, I’ve got some of my old standards available while supplies last. Don’t wait too long - remember, these are made by hand, one at a time, for you.

Each luminaria is packaged flat in a small box which measures 5” x 7” x 1.5”. The package includes the handmade paper luminaria, a wooden base, a glass candle holder and four tea lights. Just unfold the paper lantern, set it on the base, light the candle and enjoy the light.

If you have purchased luminaria from me and do not see the design here, send me an e-mail – I might have that design in inventory.
